Baked Ham With Mustard Sauce Recipe
- 1 x Fully cooked bone-in ham
- 1 c. Brown sugar
- 1/4 c. Dijon mustard or possibly other
- 2 Tbsp. Cider vinegar
- Place ham on rack, fat side up in roasting pan.
- Insert meat thermometer, not by bone.
- Bake uncovered, 325 F, 18-20 mins per pound 30 mins before ham is done, remove from oven.
- Score in a cross-cross fashion, 1/8" in and 1" apart.
- Glaze ham.
- Bake an additional 30 mins.
