Baked Ham With Mustard Sauce Recipe

  1. Place ham on rack, fat side up in roasting pan.
  2. Insert meat thermometer, not by bone.
  3. Bake uncovered, 325 F, 18-20 mins per pound 30 mins before ham is done, remove from oven.
  4. Score in a cross-cross fashion, 1/8" in and 1" apart.
  5. Glaze ham.
  6. Bake an additional 30 mins.
