Barnyard Cookies/San Diego Ut Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Beat together till fluffy the almond extract, shortening, brown sugar, lowfat milk, vanilla and egg.
  3. In separate bowl, combine flour, salt and soda.
  4. Add in flour mix to other ingredients, blending well.
  5. Stir in chip, pecans and cereal.
  6. Place rounded tsp.
  7. of dough on a ungreased cookie sheet.
  8. Leaving 2 inches between cookies.
  9. Bake 10 to 13 min or possibly till golden brown around the edges.
  10. Makes 5 dozen.
