Turkey Soup Parmentier Recipe

  1. Boil carcass till turkey falls off bones.
  2. Cook onions and potatoes in broth for 20 min.
  3. Add in butter, liquids, herbs, salt, and pepper to taste.
  4. Add in turkey and heat.
  5. Serve with sprinkling of paprika, parsley, and croutons.
