Kazaki Oreshki Plov (Kazaki Nut Pilaf)

  1. Bring water to a boil in a large pot.
  2. Add rest of ingredients.
  3. Simmer for 20-30 min until water is absorbed.
  4. Use fork to fluff rice and serve.
