Sour Cream Raisin Pudding Cake Recipe
- 1 c. flour
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 c. dairy lowfat sour cream
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 1 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. minced nuts
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 1/2 c. warm water
- In large bowl combine flour, sugar, baking pwdr, salt, lowfat sour cream and oil.
- Mix well.
- Spread in 8" or possibly 9" square pan.
- In small bowl combine brown sugar and warm water, pour over batter.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 min.
- Serve hot.
