Crunchy Cheese Potatoes

  1. In a large bowl, combine sour cream, milk, chives, salt and pepper.
  2. Add potatoes and mix thoroughly.
  3. Spread in a 15x19x1-inch baking pan.
  4. Combine cheese and cornflakes.
  5. Sprinkle over potatoes.
  6. Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
