a perfect meatloaf
- 2 lb of ground beef
- 1 lb of ground pork or sausage
- 1 half cup of bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 can golden mushroom soup
- 1 can french onion soup
- 1 envelope beefy onion soup
- 1 green pepper
- preheat oven 375
- mix ground beef and dry onion soup and pork.
- cut green pepper add to mixture
- add egg and bread crumbs
- form mixture into a loaf
- cook for 35 to 40 mins
- spread golden mushroom soup over meatloaf
- pour french onion soup over meatloaf (do not add water to either can soup).
- continue cooking for 1hour or until no longer pink.
- let set 5min slice and enjoy.
