Marinated Olives and Cheeses

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, fennel seed, salt, pepper, and parsley.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Add the cheese, salami, Kalamata olives, and green olives.
  4. Toss to coat.
  5. Allow to marinate, refrigerated and covered overnight.
