Chicken A La Tripodi Ii Recipe
- 1 med. onion, cut in sm. sections
- 1 pound fresh mushrooms
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 bottle hickory barbeque sauce
- 1 tbsp. red warm sauce
- 4-6 chicken legs
- Par boil chicken legs and save 1 c. of broth.
- Pour broth, barbeque sauce, garlic pwdr, salt, warm sauce in bowl and mix.
- Pour contents into baking dish, place chicken on top.
- Cover chicken with mushrooms and onion.
- Cover with tin foil and bake for 45 min at 350 degrees.
- The last 5 min remove foil.
- Serve over rice.
- Serves 4 to 6.
