Picnic Potatoes Recipe

• 2 lbs. frzn hash browns
• 1/2 c. onions, minced
• 1 stick extra-sharp Cracker Barrel cheese, reserving 1/2 c.
• 2 cans cream of potato soup
• 1 pt. lowfat sour cream
• Salt & pepper to taste

1. Combine the above in a 9 x 13 inch pan.
2. Sprinkle with reserved cheese.
3. Optional: You can also sprinkle with bread crumbs or possibly Parmesan cheese.
4. Bake for 45 min at 350 degrees.
