High Octane Buckwheat Pancakes

  1. In a small bowl combine the first six ingriedients.
  2. in another bowl combine the milk, yogurt, and oil.
  3. stir into dry ingriendients until just moistened.
  4. pour batter by 1/3 cup spoonfuls into a hot nonstick griddle.
  5. turn when bubbles form on top of pancakes.
  6. cook until second side is golden brown.
