Chocolatey Hot Cocoa

• 13 cup milk chocolate chips
• 14 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 teaspoon butter
• 1 cup half-and-half

1. Combine chocolate chips, butter and vanilla in the top of a double boiler over low heat until melted and smooth.
2. Slowly add half-and-half, blending into chocolate mixture.
3. Heat through, but do not boil.
