Good Morning Oatmeal

  1. In a saucepan, combine juice, dried fruit, sugar and cinnamon.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, 20 minutes.
  4. Add pears; cook, covered, 10 minutes.
  5. Cool, drain and discard liquid.
  6. Bring water and milk to a boil; add salt and oats.
  7. Reduce heat to medium; cook 1 minute; stir.
  8. To serve, top each serving of oatmeal with fruit mixture, yogurt and granola.
