Pegi's Surprise Recipe

  1. Skin sausage.
  2. Brown and drain off fat.
  3. (I use a wok to cook this in.)
  4. Make white sauce.
  5. Add in sausage, mushrooms, garlic, onion, pepper and wine.
  6. Cook for 15 to 20 min.
  7. Serve over toasted English muffins with condiments.
