Turkey 'N Swiss Pie Recipe
- 2 c. cut up cooked turkey
- 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/4 c. well minced onions
- 4 Large eggs
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. Bisquick
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- Heat oven to 400 degrees.
- Grease pie plate.
- Sprinkle turkey, cheese and onions in plate.
- Beat remaining ingredients till smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high or possibly 1 minute with hand beater.
- Pour into dish.
- Bake till golden and knife inserted comes out clean, 35 to 40 min.
- Serves 6.
