Hot Poppy Italian Sausage or Polish Dog

• 1 Italian sausage or 1 Polish sausage
• 1 poppy seed roll
• 14 cup diced tomato
• 14 cup diced onion
• 14 potato chips
• 2 ounces diced tomatoes
• 2 ounces diced onions
• 2 ounces sweet pickle relish
• mustard

1. Boil or Grill Sausage Link.
2. Toast Poppy Seed Bun.
3. Place Sausage on Bun and plate.
4. Place the following condiments on plate next to Dog.
5. 2 oz.
6. Diced Toamato.
7. 2 oz.
8. Diced Onion.
9. 2 oz.
10. Sweet Pickle Relish.
11. Have a Variety of Mustards on hand.
