Salsa De Chili Colorado Recipe

  1. Drain tomatoes, save juice.
  2. Blend tomatoes and chili tepins in blender, using amount of chilies according to taste (6 will make it warm - caliente).
  3. Chop onion and cilantro.
  4. Put all ingredients in bowl including juice liquid removed from tomatoes.
  5. Add in salt, oregano and garlic pwdr to taste.
  6. Stir and let set in refrigerator for 1/2 hour.
  7. Ready for dipping.
