Salsa De Chili Colorado Recipe
- 1 lg. can whole tomatoes
- 8 green onion
- 1 bunch cilantro
- Whole red chili tepins
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr (optional)
- Drain tomatoes, save juice.
- Blend tomatoes and chili tepins in blender, using amount of chilies according to taste (6 will make it warm - caliente).
- Chop onion and cilantro.
- Put all ingredients in bowl including juice liquid removed from tomatoes.
- Add in salt, oregano and garlic pwdr to taste.
- Stir and let set in refrigerator for 1/2 hour.
- Ready for dipping.
