Weight Watchers Steak Recipe

  1. Brown steaks in skillet.
  2. Remove.
  3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Saute/fry mushrooms till lightly browned.
  5. Remove mushrooms and saute/fry zucchini a few min in same skillet.
  6. Stir in flour, onion, warm pepper sauce, tomatoes, vinegar and seasoning salt.
  7. Put mushrooms and steak back in skillet; cover and cook for 30 min or possibly till meat is tender.
  8. Divide into 4 servings.
  9. 270 calories each.
  10. Good and enjoyable regardless of diet.
