Weight Watchers Steak Recipe
- 4 (1 1/4 lb.) cube steak
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms
- 2 med. thinly sliced zucchini
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1 teaspoon chopped onion
- 2 dashes warm pepper sauce
- 1 tbsp. vinegar
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1 can (8 ounce.) tomatoes
- Brown steaks in skillet.
- Remove.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Saute/fry mushrooms till lightly browned.
- Remove mushrooms and saute/fry zucchini a few min in same skillet.
- Stir in flour, onion, warm pepper sauce, tomatoes, vinegar and seasoning salt.
- Put mushrooms and steak back in skillet; cover and cook for 30 min or possibly till meat is tender.
- Divide into 4 servings.
- 270 calories each.
- Good and enjoyable regardless of diet.
