Tiramisu-Style Dessert for a Crowd

  1. Combine coffee granules, 2 Tbsp.
  2. sugar and 1/2 tsp.
  3. vanilla in small bowl.
  4. Add warm milk; stir until coffee is completely dissolved and mixture is well blended.
  5. Arrange half the ladyfingers, cut sides up, on bottom of 13x9-inch dish, cutting if necessary to fit; brush with half the coffee mixture.
  6. Mix cream cheese, 2 Tbsp.
  7. cold milk, remaining sugar and remaining vanilla in medium bowl until blended.
  8. Stir in 1-1/4 cups COOL WHIP; spread over ladyfingers in dish.
  9. Beat pudding mixes and remaining cold milk with whisk 2 min.
  10. ; pour over cream cheese layer.
  11. Arrange remaining ladyfingers, cut sides up, on top of pudding; brush with remaining coffee mixture.
  12. Cover with remaining COOL WHIP.
  13. Refrigerate 4 hours.
  14. Drizzle with caramel topping just before serving.
