Quick Quiche Lorraine
- 1 frozen 20cm savoury family pie flan
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Easy Cheese Cream Cheese Spread
- 2 slices (100g) ham, cut into strips
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- Preheat oven to 180C.
- Bake frozen pie flan on an oven tray for 10 minutes or until a light golden colour.
- Mix milk, eggs and cheese spread in a mixing bowl until well combined.
- Place ham and parsley evenly over the base of pie flan.
- Pour cheese spread mixture into flan and bake at 180C for 30 minutes or until filling is set.
- Stand for 10 minutes before serving.
