Hawaiian Pizzadilla (Vegetarian!)
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 whole Wheat Tortilla (Large)
- 1/2 cups Mozzarella Cheese
- 23 cups Pineapple, Chunks
- 1 dash Italian Spices
- 1 Tablespoon Pizza Sauce
- While youre building your pizzadilla, have the olive oil heating up in a skillet over medium heat.
- On one half of the tortilla, layer on the ingredients in the following order: cheese, pineapple, cheese, spices and then the pizza sauce.
- Fold the other half of the tortilla over and carefully place it in skillet.
- Squish it with a spatula to ensure that all the ingredients get friendly with one another.
- Flip a few times while heating over medium heat and remove if from the pan when the tortilla is nice and brown and the cheese is melted.
- Cut into slices and scarf down with zero guilt!
