Turkey & Black Beans

  1. In a large frying pan brown ground turkey & onion.
  2. Add remaining ingredients, stir and simmer (uncovered) for about 10 - 15 minutes until thickened.
  3. Serve with shredded cheese, low-fat sour cream, and olives.
  4. Your family can enjoy the mixture in a tortilla, if desired.
