Creamy 3 Cheese Macaroni
- 8 ounces elbow macaroni
- 1 (15 -16 ounce) jar alfredo sauce
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (I use sharp Cheddar)
- 14 cup shredded parmesan cheese (I use more)
- 2 tablespoons dried breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- In a large skillet, or saucepan, over medium heat, heat Alfredo sauce and Cheddar cheese until cheese melts.
- Drain pasta, reserving some of the pasta water.
- Add hot pasta to pan, toss to coat.
- Stir in a little pasta water if sauce is too thick.
- Top with combined Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs and butter.
- Brown in 350 degree oven until just brown on top.
