Pudding-Covered Bananas

  1. Cover baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Beat pudding mix and milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min.
  3. Place nuts and coconut in separate small bowls.
  4. Insert wooden pop stick into 1 end of each banana piece.
  5. Dip, 1 at a time, into pudding, turning to completely coat banana.
  6. Dip in nuts; place on prepared baking sheet.
  7. Repeat with 2 of the remaining banana pieces.
  8. Dip remaining banana pieces, 1 at a time, in remaining pudding, then coconut.
  9. Place on same baking sheet.
  10. Freeze 1 hour.
