Pudding-Covered Bananas
- 1 pkg. (3.9 oz.) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding
- 1-3/4 cups cold milk
- 3 Tbsp. PLANTERS COCKTAIL Peanuts, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut, toasted
- 2 bananas, cut into thirds
- Cover baking sheet with parchment.
- Beat pudding mix and milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min.
- Place nuts and coconut in separate small bowls.
- Insert wooden pop stick into 1 end of each banana piece.
- Dip, 1 at a time, into pudding, turning to completely coat banana.
- Dip in nuts; place on prepared baking sheet.
- Repeat with 2 of the remaining banana pieces.
- Dip remaining banana pieces, 1 at a time, in remaining pudding, then coconut.
- Place on same baking sheet.
- Freeze 1 hour.
