Etude in Green

• 3 slices cucumbers
• 1 sprig mint
• 1 12 ounces vodka (Chopin recommended)
• 1 ounce green tea
• 34 ounce fresh lime juice
• 12 ounce simple syrup

1. Muddle cucumber slices with mint.
2. Add vodka, green tea, lime juice and simple syrup.
3. Shake with ice and strain into chilled martini glass.
4. Garnish with slice of cucumber and mint.
