Tasty Tilapia in a Pouch

  1. Start by slicing your potatoes in thin slices.
  2. Put them in a pot of water and bring to a boil.
  3. After 4-5 minutes, drain the potatoes and rinse with cold water to cool them down.
  4. Now you are going to put the pouch together.
  5. Take a piece of parchment paper and put a good layer of potatoes, then top it with a couple pats of butter.
  6. Sprinkle with chives and garlic powder.
  7. Next, put 2 pieces of tilapia on top of the potatoes.
  8. Sprinkle with lemon pepper seasoning, salt, pepper and parsley and top with 3 slices of lemon.
  9. You can also put another pat or 2 of butter on top of your fish if you like a lot and arent worrying about calories.
  10. I like to take the leftover lemon and squeeze the juice on top.
  11. Fold the pouch up and seal it by folding the paper down.
  12. Put in the oven at 450 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
