Buffalo and Lemon Grass Sausage

  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
  2. Mix well and form into 2 inch patties or stuff in casing.
  3. Heat a grill or large well seasoned or nonstick skillet.
  4. Grill or saute until
  5. patties are crisp on exterior and no longer pink in center.
  6. Serve hot.
