Tex-Mex BBQ Chicken Stack
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 onion, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 3 flour tortillas (10 inch)
- 1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Mix first 3 ingredients until blended.
- Reserve 2 Tbsp.
- barbecue sauce mixture for later use.
- Cook and stir onions in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 4 to 5 min.
- or until crisp-tender.
- Add chicken and remaining barbecue sauce mixture; stir.
- Simmer on medium-low heat 2 to 3 min.
- or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Cover baking sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray.
- Place 1 tortilla on prepared baking sheet; top with half the chicken mixture and 1/2 cup cheese.
- Cover with second tortilla.
- Top with layers of remaining chicken, 1/2 cup of the remaining cheese and remaining tortilla.
- Spread with reserved barbecue sauce mixture; sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Cover loosely with second sheet of foil.
- Bake 15 min.
- or until heated through.
- Let stand 5 min.
- before cutting into wedges.
- Serve with sour cream.
