Grilled Chicken Pasta Salad

  1. Tear spinach into bite-size pieces.
  2. Toast pine nuts at 350 for 5 minutes-be careful not to burn.
  3. Combine all ingredients and toss.
  4. Put all dressing ingredients in a small jar with a lid.
  5. Shake well to combine.
  6. Toss with dressing just before serving.
