Peppercorn Cauliflower Dip
- 1 tablespoon peppercorn
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 large head cauliflower
- 1 cup low-fat sour cream
- Spray cauliflower with Olive oil cooking spray.
- Mix Creamy Peppercorn dressing base from Penzey's Spice with water and let sit 5 minutes.
- Mix peppercorn with sour cream and chill.
- Bake cauliflower for 1 hour at 400 degrees.
- Dip florets in chilled dip and enjoy!
