Mint Tahini Dressing

• 4 tablespoons tahini paste
• 2 tablespoons natural yoghurt
• 2 teaspoons honey
• 1 lemon, juice of
• 1 garlic clove, crushed
• chopped of fresh mint

1. Mix everything together.
