Slow Cooker Kielbasa Stew
- 4 cups cabbage, coarsely chopped
- 3 cups potatoes, cubed (peeled and cubed if you want)
- 1 12 cups carrots, sliced
- 1 -2 lb kielbasa, sliced
- 12 teaspoon basil, dried and crushed
- 12 teaspoon thyme, dried and crushed
- 12 teaspoon pepper
- 56 ounces chicken broth
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- In a 4-5 quart slow cooker combine cabbage, potatoes and carrots.
- Top with kielbasa.
- Sprinkle basil, thyme and pepper over kielbasa.
- Pour chicken broth over top.
- Should be covered with liquid- add more broth if necessary.
- Cover and cook on low heat for 7-9 hours or on high for 3 1/2 - 4 1/2 hours.
