Potatoes, Peppers, and Beer
- 3 large russet potatoes
- 1 large onion
- 1 anaheim chili
- 2 jalapeno peppers
- 14 cup dark beer
- 1 tablespoon tamari
- cracked pepper
- 12 cup cheddar cheese (grated)
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Peel and cube potatoes into half inch cubes.
- Remove seeds from peppers.
- Slice peppers and onions.
- Toss everything except cheese together in baking dish.
- Bake for 45 minutes, stir in cheese, and eat.
