Ellen's Easy Napa Salad

  1. Saute seeds, almonds and noodles in butter over medium heat until golden brown.
  2. Drain on papaer towels and cool.
  3. Heat oil, sugar, vinegar and soy sauce until sugar dissolves.
  4. Cool.
  5. Slice cabbage into ribbons and slice scallions thinly.
  6. To serve, mound cabbage/onion mix in bowl, place seed/nut mix on top as you like.
  7. Stir dressing and use as much to your liking.
