Mandarin Dessert Salad Recipe

• 2 pkg. (3 ounce.) or possibly 1 lg. orange Jello
• 2 c. boiling water
• 1 pt. orange sherbet
• 1 can mandarin oranges, liquid removed well (11 ounce.)

1. Dissolve Jello in water, add in sherbet immediately and stir till melted.
2. Refrigeratetill syrupy.
3. Add in oranges, pour into 1 1/2 qt ring mold.
4. Refrigeratetill hard.
5. Unmold and fill center with Ambrosia Fruit Salad:

orange jello, boiling water, orange sherbet, mandarin oranges
