Simple Raw Garlic Salad Dressing

• 3 clove Garlic
• 1 cup Olive oil
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1/2 cup Lemon juice
• 2 tsp Dried italian or greek herbs (for example: thyme, rosemary, etc.)

1. Throw it all in the blender and...blend!
2. Keep blending 'til thoroughly mixed.
3. Use right away or refrigerate.
