Wicklewood's Yoghurt and Lemon Dressing
- 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons tahini paste
- 12 juice and lemon, zest of
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 12 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 pinch cayenne
- salt
- fresh ground pepper
- Combine all ingredients together until smooth, season to taste.
- Serve.
