Dr. Gavrilyuk Chicken Potato Salad #RSC
- 6 -8 large red potatoes, cut in small dice
- 2 boiled chicken breasts, cut in small dice
- 14 cup mayonnaise
- 6 -8 tablespoons Hidden Valley Original Ranch Dressing
- 6 -8 chives, minced
- 2 shallots, minced
- 1 beet, cut in small dice
- Boil the chicken breast in a pot with red onion, salt and Pepper.
- Cut in small dice and Put aside.
- In a separate pot boil potatoes aldente.
- Cut in small dice.
- Cook the entire beet by it self until well done.
- Peel and clean.
- Cut into small dice.
- In a large bowl mix all, the red potatoes, the chicken, the mayonnaise, the ranch, the shallots and the beet.
- Add salt and fresh white pepper.
- Refrigerate for ten minutes.
- Now find a beutiful serving dish and carefully pour it in.
- Now sprinkle the minced chives on top and serve!
