Belize Hot Sauce Recipe
- 1 sm Onion, minced
- 2 clv garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. Oil
- 1 c. Carrot, minced
- 2 c. Water
- 4 x Habanero chiles, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. Lime juice, fresh
- 3 Tbsp. White vinegar
- 1 tsp Salt
- Saute/fry onions in oil till soft.
- Add in carrots and water, bring to boil and cook till carrots are soft.
- Remove from heat and add in habs, lime juice, vinegar and salt.
- Puree in processor till smooth.
- Jar in sterilized containers.
