Belize Hot Sauce Recipe

  1. Saute/fry onions in oil till soft.
  2. Add in carrots and water, bring to boil and cook till carrots are soft.
  3. Remove from heat and add in habs, lime juice, vinegar and salt.
  4. Puree in processor till smooth.
  5. Jar in sterilized containers.
