Orange Corn Bread Recipe

• Jiffy Corn Bread Mix
• 1/3 cup orange juice
• zest of half an orange
• 1 egg

1. Stir all ingredients.
2. Pour into a greased 8"X8" baking pan.
3. Bake at 400o for 20-25 minutes.
