Killer Buffalo Wings
- 1 Tablespoon Cumin
- 1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Smoked Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Mustard Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Kosher Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 24 pieces Chicken Wings
- Canola Oil For Brushing
- 1 cup Buffalo Sauce, Such As Frank's
- 3 Tablespoons Butter, Melted
- Combine all spices in small bowl.
- Place the wings and 3 tablespoons of the spice mixture in a large bag and toss to coat wings evenly.
- Let wings marinate in the spices for at least 3 hours or up to overnight.
- Heat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat and brush with canola oil.
- Grill wings for 5 minutes per side, or until cooked through and slightly charred.
- Remove wings from grill and place in a large mixing bowl.
- Pour the Buffalo sauce and melted butter in a small bowl and whisk to combine.
- Pour sauce on top of the wings and serve.
