Port Wine Salad Recipe
- 1/2 c. pear juice
- 2 pkg. cherry Jello
- 2 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1 c. port wine
- 12 pear halves
- Prepare cherry Jello with pear juice and boiling water.
- Let cold 5-10 min.
- Add in wine and pear halves.
- Serve with Golden brown Dressing.
- An easy salad to prepare and pretty in a ring mold or possibly in attractive individual molds.
