Crispy Spicy Peanut Chicken
- 1 pkg. (100 g) ramen noodles (flavouring packet discarded)
- 1/4 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread
- 1/4 cup Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter
- 2 tsp. Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce)
- 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb./450 g)
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Crush noodles in resealable plastic bag.
- Mix Miracle Whip, peanut butter and Sriracha; spread onto both sides of chicken.
- Coat evenly with crushed noodles.
- Place on foil-lined baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 30 min.
- or until done (170 degrees F).
