Salad With Turkey and Cranberry Dressing

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Stir together the butter and Italian seasoning in a bowl.
  3. Add the bread cubes; toss to coat.
  4. Bake cubes in a single layer in a jelly-roll pan for 3 to 5 minutes or until golden, stirring once.
  5. Cool completely on a wire rack.
  6. (about 5 minutes).
  7. Combine the spring greens, romaine, turkey or ham, and cucumber.
  8. Add the toasted bread cubes.
  9. Process the vinegar and next 6 ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  10. Serve over the salad.
