Chunky Black Bean & Bacon Salsa with Bell Pepper Scoops
- 1 can (15.5 oz.) black beans, rinsed
- 1/2 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 cup TACO BELL Thick & Chunky Medium Salsa
- 1/4 cup OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Bits
- 2 each red and yellow peppers
- Combine all ingredients except peppers.
- Cut peppers lengthwise in half; discard stems and seeds.
- Cut each half crosswise into 2 pieces.
- Cut pieces lengthwise into chunks forming scoops.
- Serve bean mixture with pepper dippers.
