Baked Mackerel With Butter And Vinegar Recipe

  1. Put the two fillets of fish in a shallow dish large sufficient so which they fit comfortably.
  2. Dot with butter and pour over the vinegar.
  3. Season with finely minced dill some salt and a few grinds of pepper.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees C/400 degrees F/Gas 6 for 12-15 min till the fish has turned opaque and juicy.
  5. Eat warm with bread to mop up the juices.
  6. Serves 2
