Confetti Turkey Roll-Ups
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil leaves*
- 8 large (10-inch) flour tortillas, warmed
- 8 (1-ounce) slices deli smoked turkey
- 10 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes Deli American, chopped
- 1 (16-ounce) package broccoli slaw mix
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 1 (2 1/4-ounce) can (1/2 cup) sliced pitted ripe olives, drained
- Combine cream cheese, sour cream and mustard in bowl.
- Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until smooth.
- Stir in basil.
- Spread 1/4 cup cream cheese mixture onto each tortilla to within 1/4 inch of edge.
- Combine chopped cheese, broccoli slaw, onions and olives in bowl.
- Layer each tortilla with 1 slice turkey and 1 1/4 cups broccoli slaw mixture.
- Roll up tightly; secure with toothpick.
- Cut each roll-up into thirds.
- Secure with toothpicks.
