Crock Pot Black Beans and Rum

  1. Place beans in slow cooker and add next 7 ingredients.
  2. Cook on low for 8 hours.
  3. Remove ham and bay leaf.
  4. Cut meat off the bone; return to pot.
  5. In a bowl, combine flour, rum and Tabasco sauce.
  6. Stir into beans and blend well.
  7. Serve with sour cream.
