Tomato Herb Sauce
- 19 ounces, weight Can Diced Tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon Crushed Red Chili Peppers
- 1 teaspoon Garlic (or To Taste)
- 1/2 cups Mushrooms
- 1/2 cups Diced Onion
- 1/2 cups Diced Red And Green Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Parsley
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Basil
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Oregano
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- Your Choice Of Pasta
- Heat skillet to medium and pour can of diced tomatoes into a skillet (with juice), add crushed chilies, garlic, mushrooms, onion and peppers bring to boil.
- Reduce heat to simmer, add fresh herbs and salt and pepper.
- Allow to simmer about 10 to 15 mins to reduce liquid slightly.
- Add herbs and spices as necessary to taste, during simmering.
- Mix with pasta of any kind.
- You can also add cooked chicken or any type of seafood.
