Brownie Cake With Raspberry Glaze Recipe

  1. * Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a small pan over low heat, heat chocolate with butter, stirring often.
  3. Let cold slightly.
  4. * In a bowl, mix sugar, flour, & baking pwdr.
  5. Stir in Large eggs & then chocolate mix.
  6. Add in vanilla & nuts & stir well.
  7. Pour into a well oiled & floured 9-inch pie plate.
  8. * Bake till toothpick inserted comes out clean, about 30 min.
  9. Remove from oven & let cold slightly on wire rack.
  10. Run knife around plate edges, then invert onto a cake plate.
  11. Let cold completely.
  12. * About 1 hour before serving, spread Raspberry glaze on top of cake.
  13. Arrange raspberries on top.
  14. Serves 8 to 10
